Matthew Urrea has been practicing law for 23 years and is licensed in both Arizona and New Mexico. Unlike many estate planning attorneys who have transitioned from litigation practices to estate planning, Matthew has devoted his entire career to Tax, Estate Planning, Probate, Business, and Asset Protection. In addition to a BBA in Finance and a JD, Matthew earned an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 1993.
Matthew owns two law firms. Schlenker Urrea, PLLC is a tax boutique established in 1996 with offices in Scottsdale and Albuquerque. Walk-in Wills, P.C., established in 2003, provides quick, yet highly-skilled and affordable estate planning services to clients with non-taxable estates in the comfort and convenience of a retail location. At Walk-in Wills, all plans are turned around in one week or less, with same-day service and house calls available.
In addition to Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney, Matthew's estate planning practice includes: Medicaid planning; special needs trusts; stand-alone, creditor-protected IRA trusts; gun trusts; foreign, asset protection trusts; and all advanced estate, gift, and generation skipping tax strategies.
Call to speak to Matthew about your situation for no charge and with no obligation. All planning at both law firms is done on a flat fee basis. Initial consultations and phone calls are free.
