Estate planning tools like wills, trusts, and other legal documents protect the assets you worked so hard for, while also relieving some of the burden on your family after you’re gone. Our team of seasoned attorneys at Walk-In Wills understand how important estate planning is to our clients. That’s why we strive to make the process as streamlined and convenient as possible.
We invite clients to schedule in-office consultations to discuss their needs with our skilled and experienced legal team. However, we also offer mobile will consultations, aka Wills on Wheels, to ensure you can conveniently access estate planning assistance to make informed decisions about your assets.
The process is very simple. Contact our office and schedule an appointment for your consultation. We’ll arrange for one of our attorneys to come to a location specified by you, whether that’s your home, the home of a loved one, your office, an assisted living facility, and virtually anywhere else that’s convenient.
We’ll conduct the consultation at the place you choose and use the information you provide to create your estate planning documents. We can develop a last will and testament, revocable or irrevocable trust, living will, special needs trust, and other documents. Once your documents are complete, we’ll return to your location to provide them to you. We’ll also bring witnesses and a notary to complete the process.
What Else Should You Know About Mobile Will Consultations?
We do offer free in-office consultations to our clients, which allows you to explore your will creation options and assess your needs. If you opt for a mobile consultation, we charge an initial travel fee of $250. The overall benefits far outweigh the cost when considering the importance of estate planning and the convenience of our mobile service.
How Can You Get Started?
The first step is to contact our attorneys to schedule your mobile consultation. Residents of Phoenix can call (480) 470-7000 to learn more. If you’re based in Albuquerque or Santa Fe, please call (505) 903-7000 to schedule an appointment.
A friendly and knowledgeable staff member will be happy to take down your information and arrange a meeting with one of our attorneys. From there, we can develop an estate planning strategy that exceeds your expectations. We look forward to speaking with you soon.
